try this for arthritis
Maybe you already know, but in case someone you know doesn't know: chicken is OK for arthritis, as long as you eat it skinless. The skin aggravates arthritic pain. Medical literature recommends arthritic persons to abstain from eating poultry (turkey, chicken, etc.). That's hard for poultry fans. Instead, go skinless and see how that works for you or those you know.
